UK (Mainland Only)
- Orders over £100 – Free Shipping (Tracked, 3-5 Business Days)
- Standard Shipping – £3.95 (Royal Mail Tracked, 3-5 Business Days)
- Express Shipping – £10.95 (UPS Express Saver, 1-5 Business Days)
Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 1 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.
European Union
- Orders over £350 – Free Shipping (Tracked, 5-7 Business Days)
- Standard Shipping – £14.95 (Tracked, 5-7 Business Days)
- Express Shipping – £40.00 (UPS Express Saver, 1-5 Business Days)
For deliveries to the EU, additional import duties and customs charges may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Rest of the World
- Orders over £350 – Free Shipping (Tracked, 7-10 Business Days)
- Standard Shipping – £20.00 (Tracked, 7-10 Business Days)
- Express Shipping – £50.00 (UPS Expedited, 2-5 Business Days)

Dispatch Times
- Our team operates Monday to Thursday.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.
- During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
EU & Brexit Impact
Due to new regulations, deliveries to the EU may experience longer transit times. In some cases, deliveries may take up to 2 weeks.

Delivery Methods
We use Royal Mail, UPS, and other trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Standard Shipping – Sent via Royal Mail 48 or an equivalent tracked courier.
- Express Shipping – Handled by UPS Express Saver (1-5 days) or UPS Expedited (2-5 days).
- International Shipping – Managed through UPS, DHL, or local courier partners.
Important Notes
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt unless otherwise specified.
- If you are not available, the courier may leave a card for re-delivery or collection.
- If you prefer delivery to a work address or alternative location, please specify it at checkout.
- Oversized items may be shipped via UPS.
Fuel Surcharge & Additional Fees
Our shipping rates exclude fuel surcharges, which are applied based on UPS’s latest fuel surcharge rates:
- March 2025: 32.75% (Domestic & International)
- February 2025: 32.50%
- January 2025: 30.25%
These surcharges may fluctuate based on global fuel prices. The final cost will be calculated at checkout.
Restricted Destinations
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following locations:
- United Arab Emirates
- Saudi Arabia
- Qatar
- Kuwait
- Jordan
- Oman
For all other international destinations, shipping rates are calculated based on weight and volumetric size.
