Returns Policy

We strive to offer exceptional customer care and happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item is in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in fully resaleable condition. If an item is returned in a condition that is not resaleable (e.g., damaged, stained, or missing tags), we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price to cover restocking costs.
  • Please use adequate packaging to protect your return during transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charge. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Please allow a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  • For oversized items (e.g., extra-large baskets, stuffed pouffes, rugs, and Moroccan wedding blankets/handira), the buyer must cover the return postage.

For international returns, please ensure your parcel is clearly marked as an “unwanted return” and that duty has already been paid. This will help avoid delays in customs.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings unless they are faulty.
  • Discounted or slight seconds products (e.g., Moroccan babouche slippers) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different color or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order online. As our products are handmade in small batches, stock levels change daily, and popular items may sell out quickly.


Faulty Items

All our products are handmade by artisans, and minor imperfections may occur, adding to their unique charm. However, if you believe an item is faulty or not as described, please notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will offer a full refund or replacement.


Cancellations

If you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item to us for a refund (minus the original delivery charge).


Lost or Damaged in Transit

While we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit, we strongly recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage. This will help us assist you in resolving any issues with the courier.
