At Trésors El Mamoun, we pride ourselves on offering excellent customer care. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Extended Holiday Returns
Orders placed from 1st November 2024 can be returned until 31st January 2025, giving you peace of mind during the holiday season.
If we determine that the returned item is not in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 20% of the item’s original price. Please ensure adequate packaging is used to protect your return during transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund (minus the original delivery charge). Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Processing Returns
- Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for us to process it.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It may take a few days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK, please clearly label your parcel as a “returned item” with any duties already paid. This ensures your return will not be delayed by customs clearance.
Exclusions
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
- We do not accept returns for discounted products labeled as “slight seconds” or clearance items.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you prefer a different size, color, or product, please return your original order for a full refund and place a new order online.
Faulty Items
Our products are handmade by skilled artisans, making each piece unique. Minor imperfections are part of their charm. However, if you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 5 working days of receipt. We will inspect the returned item and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel and refund the order. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it to us before a refund can be processed. Delivery charges will not be refunded in such cases.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please retain proof of postage and use a tracked service when returning items.
