1. Why are Trésors El Mamoun prices in Euros (€)?

All products in our Moroccan airport shops (Casablanca, Marrakech, etc.) are priced in Euros (€), the standard currency for duty-free shopping. While you may pay in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), the amount will be converted at the current exchange rate.

2. Double Charges or Incorrect Billing

We take billing accuracy very seriously. All transactions are monitored, and our cashiers follow strict procedures to ensure correct pricing.

What might have happened?

  • If you believe you were charged twice for a product, please check your receipt first. Sometimes, multiple items of the same product may appear as separate lines.

  • If you were charged for an item you didn’t purchase, please contact us with your receipt and purchase details. We will review CCTV footage (where available) and transaction logs to resolve the issue.

Note: We cannot process refunds or adjustments without proof of purchase (receipt) or verifiable evidence of an error.

3. Missing Products After Purchase

Occasionally, customers report that they did not receive a product they paid for. However, our staff always ensures that all purchased items are handed to the customer before they leave the store.

Possible reasons for missing items:

  • The product may have been lost during security checks or while boarding the flight.

  • The item could have been accidentally left behind at the airport or on the plane.

Due to the nature of airport retail (tax-free/duty-free purchases), we have a strict no-refund policy unless the product is defective. If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days with your receipt and product details for assistance.
